Final cleaning, electricity, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi and satellite TV
A sweet welcome gift from your hosts
One parking space in front of the house per apartment
Storage for skis, bikes, etc. as well as additional storage space in the basement
Use of the laundry room (for an additional charge)
Use of the shared garden for both apartments, including sun loungers and barbecue in summer
Towels, bed linen, pillows and extra blankets
Basic kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, oil) and bathroom essentials (soap, toilet paper)
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, in the stairwell or in the basement areas
Although we love them, pets are not allowed in our apartments

Your hosts are passionate beekeepers – various honey products can be purchased directly from the Stifter family
- Various types of honey (blossom honey, forest honey, high mountain honey)
- Bee pollen, propolis, beeswax, etc.
- A small sweet welcome gift awaits you
Pick-up service on arrival and departure from the nearest bus and train stop is available
The laundry room (washing machine) can be used for a small additional fee
Early replacement of towels and bed linen is available for an additional charge
Interim cleaning of the apartment is available on request and for an additional fee

The prices offered are per night and per apartment
The minimum stay is generally 5 nights in high season and 4 nights in low season (exceptions on request)
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is before 10:00 AM on the day of departure
Payment and cancellation terms:
- For a confirmed reservation, a 30% deposit of the price is requested – the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival
- Cancellation policy:
  - Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge
  - Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge of the booking price
  - In the event of short-notice cancellations (within 14 days prior to arrival), no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, the full booking amount will be charged
Payment methods:
- The deposit is made by bank transfer
- The remaining balance can be paid by instant bank transfer or in cash (in accordance with current cash regulations – currently cash payments up to €4,999.99 are allowed)
The local tax of €3 per person (from 14 years of age) per night is not included in the booking price and must be paid locally
